Skin Needling

Microneedling starting at €129

Microneedling works by encouraging your skin to make more collagen. The idea is that pinpricks from the procedure cause slight injury to the skin and that the skin responds by making new collagen-rich tissue. This new skin tissue is, in turn,  more even in tone and texture.

With Roller - €129

With Collagen Pen - €149

Which is the best treatment for skin needling?

  • Microneedle therapy (also referred to as Skin Needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is one the easiest and most effective skin treatments available and is a process which can be carried out clinically or in the home

Where does the concept of skin needling come from?t?

  • The concept of skin needling is based on the skin’s natural ability to repair itself whenever it encounters physical damage such as cuts, burns and other abrasions. Immediately after an injury occurs to the skin our body reuses the damaged collagen and elastin fibres as well as other damaged skin components to produce new ones.

Is it painful to have skin needling done?

  • Everyone’s tolerance for discomfort is different, some clients have no problems having needling done on any area, seriously they literally don’t even feel anything! Some simply feel the unfamiliar sensation and are surprised by the minimal discomfort usually, it’s uncomfortable for a few days. And it can be uncomfortable for up to two weeks. So normally we recommend taking painkillers. You can start exercising after about a week or so, but the commonest problem is the discomfort from the procedure.
  • How quickly will I see results? You will see the results after about four to five weeks.

How does skin needling work on the skin?

  • The skin is punctured in a specific pattern using a skin needling device. The device is rolled over the skin multiple times for best results. As each fine needle punctures the skin, it creates a channel or micro-wound stimulating skin cell regeneration.
