Apply a liberal amount to cleansed skin and leave on for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water. May be used 1-3 times per week
Apply chilled to inflamed breakouts to soothe, calm and reduce redness. Apply to skin and leave on while traveling in an airplane to help keep the skin hydrated.
